UniSC, in collaboration with the Department of Trade, Employment and Training (DTET) and Jobs Queensland (JQ), offer a suite of free microcredential courses designed to help businesses, regions and industries establish the fundamentals for long term success.
Skills Enhancement for Security Professionals

Launching in March 2025, the Skills Enhancement for Security Professionals microcredential course offers practical tools to boost the skills of licensed security professionals based between Central and Far North Queensland. This course is delivered in partnership with the Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL), funded by Job Queensland's Grow Your Own Regional Workforce Program, powered by the Queensland Workforce Strategy.
