All of UniSC’s Queensland campuses and sites are currently closed.
- All campus facilities including 24-hour study spaces, recreational facilities and food and beverage outlets will be closed during this time. Staff, students and community will not be permitted to access these campuses until an announcement has been made regarding a re-opening.
- We will also be ceasing teaching and research activities at other UniSC locations including the Thompson Institute, our Clinical Trials facilities and the Sunshine Coast Health Institute.
Campus and site re-openings
- Fraser Coast and Gympie campuses will be open and accessible for staff and students from Monday 10 March, if it is safe for them to do so. However no teaching will be occurring on this day.
- Sunshine Coast, Caboolture and Moreton Bay campuses and other UniSC locations including the Thompson Institute, our Clinical Trials facilities and the Sunshine Coast Health Institute will remain closed on Monday 10 March. Staff, students and community will not be permitted to access these campuses until an announcement has been made regarding their re-opening.
Scheduled teaching for Friday 7 and Monday 10 March postponed
To allow staff and students to concentrate on the security of their homes and the safety of themselves, their family and neighbours, all scheduled teaching for Friday 7 March and Monday 10 March will be postponed with alternative arrangements to be provided wherever possible.
