The L & R Foundation, established by Leanne Muller and Robert Hubbard, seeks to support tertiary education for regional students who demonstrate academic potential but face financial and other barriers to completing a degree.
The L & R Foundation Scholarship will support eligible UniSC students commencing an undergraduate program at UniSC with a scholarship valued at $6,000 per annum for the standard duration of their degree (up to a maximum of 5 years). The scholarship aims to help offset living and study related costs, giving students the freedom to focus on their education without having to work excessive hours, ultimately helping to remove the barriers that may hinder academic achievement.
Both Leanne and Rob have benefited significantly from being the first in their families to have the opportunity of a quality University education.
Recipients will receive $6,000 per year as regular fortnightly payments for the standard duration of the program (3-5 years). The scholarship will be paid in 8 instalments each semester for up to 10 semesters. One new commencing student will be awarded the Scholarship each year.
Please Note: This scholarship is offered on a yearly basis through funds provided by an external donor. If funding is not available in any given year, the scholarship will not be awarded.
