Study support bursary for full-time students who have completed at least one semester at UniSC.
The UniSC Study Support Bursary is made available through the generosity of many individuals and organisations in the community including: Mr Roy and Mrs Nola Thompson, Mr Scott Williams AM, the Heller Foundation, UniSC staff and alumni contributions through the UniSC Starfish Program, and donations to UniSC’s annual giving day, G-Day.
Study Support Bursaries are paid in fortnightly instalments over one or two semesters.
The intention of the bursary is to assist students from low socio-economic backgrounds, with a preference for students who must work to support their studies.
It is intended that recipients will be able to commit more time to their studies and engaging in university life, with less time in paid employment. Students working long hours during the semester period are encouraged to apply.
