The CGC Engineering Scholarship will support a full-time student enrolled in an undergraduate program within the School of Science, Technology and Engineering at the University of the Sunshine Coast.

Civil Geotechnical Consultants Pty Ltd (CGC) will fund one new scholarship in 2024 which will be paid to the recipient over two years of study.

The scholarship will be paid in instalments of $5,000 after census date in Semester 2 of each year.

Please Note:  This scholarship is offered on a yearly basis through funds provided by an external donor. If funding is not available in any given year, the scholarship will not be awarded.

Eligibility

• full-time 2nd year student in an undergraduate program within the School of Science, Technology and Engineering
• successfully completed a minimum of 96 units
• Permanent Resident of Australia, Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen or Permanent Australian Humanitarian Visa holder

Selection criteria

• financial need
• contribution to community
• preference for Civil Engineering student
