MGT325 Managing Quality

Employee empowerment, customer satisfaction, visionary leadership are all required to achieve high performance and quality excellence. A quality focus provides a firm with an increased capacity to undertake initiates which support the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In this course you will learn what is needed to achieve quality management in small and large firms as well as a variety of approaches for understanding firms as quality systems.
