*Not offered until Semester 1 2026* In this course you will learn be introduced to clinical pharmacology, and the underlying principles of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and pharmacogenomics. You will be orientated to the safe and effective use of medicine to treat common disorders affecting the musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, urinary, immune, endocrine, and reproductive systems. You will also reflect on ethical and legal aspects of prescription and administration of medicine, and current and emerging roles of different health professions in Australia.
