UniSC Sport Experience

UniSC sport has made a really positive impact on my training, as well as exercises to help with everyday life in a wheelchair. The prescribed program has made a big difference to help me manage my time in the gym, and the expert trainers provide fantastic guidance and assistance to execute the exercises correctly. The program is built for me, and I feel the load is manageable but also challenging, I like that there is a strong focus on "healthy human" which means that injury prevention is a huge priority. The trainers have a lot of knowledge in their fields, and there is frequent conversation about current bike training, upcoming events or life commitments that help direct the session programming. The facility is great and it has plenty of space to access the equipment without disturbing other people using the gym, all the staff and fellow athletes are friendly too.
