Jennifer Bimrose is a dedicated nurse educator with over 17 years of clinical experience in emergency, rural and remote, and palliative care. Jennifer has a passion for teaching and is committed to inspiring and educating the next generation of nurses by creating a warm and welcoming teaching environment. Since joining UniSC in 2018 as a sessional academic, she has contributed to undergraduate nursing courses across all year levels predominantly in the Preparation for Practice courses. Jennifer is currently the Course Coordinator for Clinical Connections and enjoys supporting students to return to placement after a study gap. Jennifer's research interests lie in interprofessional education and digital health integration.
Jennifer's achievement of an Associate Fellowship with the Higher Education Academy demonstrates her dedication to supporting student learning. Jennifer has a Graduate Certificate in Emergency Nursing and is currently completing her Master of Nursing (Clinical Leadership) at the University of Sunshine Coast. Away from campus, Jennifer enjoys spending time at the beach with her family or creating pottery.
