Dr Clare Dix is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and member of Dietitians Australia, with a PhD in dietetics from the University of Queensland. She is passionate about advancing the field of nutrition and dietetics and has contributed to multiple publications and conferences on topics such as bariatric surgery, child health, health promotion, and clinical education. She is also an experienced lecturer, teaching a range of nutrition courses to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Dr Dix was the project manager for the Nutritious Tools Project, an initiative that aimed to improve access to nutrition information for families with children under-five and led to the creation of the Grow&Go Toolbox (www.growandgotoolbox.com). She has over a decade of experience in leading and managing research projects, collaborating with academic and industry partners, and securing grants and funding.
