Bianka is an Associate Lecturer in Management at the School of Business and Creative Industries, where she has been teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses since 2015. Bianka's primary areas of expertise include management/leadership and technology for business. Bianka has published work in the fields of management, not-for-profit organisations, international business, and artificial intelligence.
Prior to joining academia, Bianka gained professional experience across Europe, Africa, Australia, and the USA, where she held various IT roles within the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. During this time, she coordinated several projects, including managing the allocation of the IT equipment for the world’s largest non-governmental hospital ship.
Bianka's work supports several UN Sustainable Development Goals, specifically SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
