Postgraduate Course
This course aims to provide an overview of the various functions within human resource management. These include staff planning, recruitment, selection, remuneration, performance appraisal,training and development, employee counselling and discipline. Current issues such as occupational health and safety, equity, and industrial relations are also addressed.
